Between a blog and a hard place

Your blog is your friend and like every friendship you need to nurture the relationship and water it and give it fertilizer from time to time.

Just because your friend stops looking nice or wears clothes that hang around in a lose funny fashion, you don’t lose the inspiration to talk to them. You don’t stop visiting them and stop telling them what’s on your mind and you don’t reach a place where you want to share with them but just feel like…like its too late. Like you’ve forgotten the easiest words that start a conversation between two friends. You don’t reach a place where once in a blue moon a vague memory of that fond friend pulls you to hover close to their front door only for you to walk away before you ring the door bell. You don’t give up on your friends.

You don’t forget to take the initiative or you find yourself a little too soon between a blog and a hard place.

So well expressed! Don’t be too pressured about it though. A blog like a friend, is always around for you to return to.

Nicely put. I generally unbookmark blogs which do not hav a post for a while [with certain exceptions, bloggers I'm addicted 2:-]
But like old pals, old blogmates are welcomed with more than extended arms once they come back.

ah! nothing that a good session over coffee can’t solved huh? :D
but I can SO understand that space between the blog and the hard place (I sincerely apologize for the rhyme, it was totally uncalled for;))
